Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship overseas. We are diligently working with shipping partners to find the best shipping structure for our overseas customers.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Can I return my product?

Our perfumes, body oils, and all handmade items are considered perishable and are personal care items. For safety and due to sanitary restrictions, our products are non-returnable.

My favorite fragrance was discontinued or seasonal! Can I place a special order?
